Break out a champagne (or apple cider for all we fans underneath 21), Gleeks—it’s time to celebrate!

Glee‘s graduation day is finally on us as Rachel (Lea Michele), Finn (Cory Monteith), Kurt (Chris Colfer), Santana (Naya Rivera) Co. are finally observant goodbye to McKinley High after 3 seasons of singing, solos and slushies. 

Grammy leader Gloria Estefan creates her long-awaited entrance during tonight’s culmination as Santana’s mother, and we chatted with a mythological thespian about their attribute and “emotional one-on-one scene,” since she motionless to guest star and more! Plus, since isn’t she singing on a show?!

Gloria tells us she and her daughter are large fans of a uncover and initial went to a set about a year and a half ago, where she met Naya, whom she calls super sweet,” for a initial time. While Gloria wasn’t on set for a final days of shooting, she tells us Mirabel and Santana share an “emotional” though still “very in-character” stage about Santana’s post-McKinley High future. ”It was great. We clicked,” she says of operative with Naya. “We only fell into that purpose really easily. I’m really maternal and she’s a fan, from what she told me behind in a day. She’s really sweet, she’s a good actor. It was fun to play.”

Gloria tells us many of her screentime will be common with Naya and Heather Morris as Mirabel, Santana and Brittany, whom Gloria says Mirabel has met before, have a bit of “a girls night” during Breadstix, that she describes as a lot of fun, until “Santana drops a bombshell that shocks everybody during a table.” While she wouldn’t hold most about a jaw-dropping news, she would contend “it’s funny.” Hm…shocking and funny? Sounds like Glee to us!

Though Gloria’s fans will be unhappy to learn that she is not behaving in a episode, there is one chairman who is vehement by her miss of singing: Gloria! She tells us that singing on a uncover would make viewers consider of Gloria Estefan instead of Mirabel Lopez, that isn’t what she wanted for her coming on a show. “They can see me sing anywhere else anytime! That’s what we do!” she says with a laugh. 

Glee‘s culmination front tonight during 9 p.m. on Fox.
