New York indie-pop trio, Fun have been busy. Their strain ‘We Are Young‘ was only featured and achieved on Glee, they’ve recently toured with both Paramore and Jack’s Mannequin and have only expelled their sophmore album, ‘Some Nights’ that strike #3 on a Billboard charts. MTV News had a possibility to discuss with lead thespian Nate Ruess about their music, sound and removing their tunes on TV.

First up, we had to find out how a rope came adult with a (fitting) name of “Fun”.

“We had gotten a debate with a rope called Jack’s Mannequin, before we even had a rope name. The name had been in a behind burner forever, it was kind of on a tip of a list, they had offering us a debate and we indispensable something, so we were like ‘Uhhhh we’ll be Fun!’, we’ve embraced it since, though it took a while. [We chose it] given it’s improved than a name ‘Ice Cream’, that was also suggested in a assembly we had.” he says with a laugh.

The band’s latest album, ‘Some Nights‘ has been met with both fan and critics vicious acclaim, we asked Nate to tell us about a record.
