In an disdainful hide look from Tuesday’s part (10/9c on Oxygen), Aylin shows her softer side while singing a final lines of R.E.M.’s “Everybody Hurts” in a recording studio – and she blows divided outspoken manager Nikki Anders in a process.

“I don’t consider I’ve ever seen we be supportive and critical like this,” Nikki tells her. “If you’re feeling emotional, it’s creation me feel emotional.”
